Mitch was our first member of the Contentsquare Studio team based in NYC. She was instrumental, working closely with our Customer Success team to deliver strong UX audits & wireframes to our NA clients based on data and training teams. She worked on hundreds of brands from different sectors, delivering a strong quality of work, which was much appreciated by our clients and internal teams.

Her role naturally evolved as a lead, showing strong managerial skills to grow her team. Following our company growth, she took the opportunity to grow into the role of UX Strategist to focus on thought leadership, enablement, trainings, UX delivery, and content for our internal teams, clients and prospects. She wrote for several e-books about UX Best practices that since been the most downloaded from our content. She was also a great speaker at our events.
