Background
Contentsquare’s Internal Comms team wanted to create a website for key internal information and updates.
Having mainly relied on Confluence and email to host and provide internal updates and information, engagement and knowledge was low. Finding timely information was difficult and emails had a low open and engagement rate.
Context
This project came with a lot of creative freedom.
My role.
Drive the design and UX for the entire project, working closely with Brand and Development.

The outcome.
A centralized location for employees to visit on a regular bases with timely information, key HR links, and culture updates.
The design
I created UX mid-fidelity frames exploring designs based on the Internal Comm team’s needs. They were then passed to a brand designer to add branded elements and Development to discuss constraints. UX, Brand, and Development team members addressed any last iterations to create the final result.
